We found that there is a lack of opportunities for NEOM youth to engage with NEOM leaders. We have created a platform for NEOM youth to exchange knowledge with distinguished sectors leaders in NEOM. We are conducting sessions were NEOM youth can meet with one of NEOM leaders, hear his career story and deep dive in one of NEOM areas that the leader is working on and is of interest to the youth. So far, we have conducted 2 sessions with two leaders that were attended by more than 60 youth participants representing various communities in NEOM. In this project we collaborate with various departments within NEOM Company.
