The purpose of the program is to assist young individuals entering the job market who are uncertain about their career paths, what to study, where to find employment, or how to start their own businesses. We aim to provide guidance, advice, and direction to help them pursue a path that suits their aspirations and is beneficial for them.

The December mentoring program is based on the principle of charity. This means that mentors, who have already achieved significant milestones in their careers, generously donate 30 to 45 minutes of their time to individuals who are facing challenges and uncertainties in their career journeys.

The goals of this project is to connect young upcoming individuals with mentors who have walked the path that they are walking right now. The Initiative is led by a newly joined member of Ljubljana Hub-who has already done this mentorship project once and has in the previous year successfully paired 136 mentees and mentors out of which multiple success stories emerged. The goal of this year's Mentorship program is to expand on the number of mentorship pairs and to increase the accuracy of pairing.
