Mentors 4 Starters offers the candidates a unique opportunity to present their career plans and projects to top Polish businessmen and leaders, and receive valuable advice on their career development and leadership skills. The program is directed to people in their 20s, who have already gained the first work experience or who are realizing their individual projects. Involvement in pro bono activities is strongly encouraged among the participants.

The selected candidates work individually with mentors during minimum four meetings within four months (the first one a kick-off meeting followed by three structured mentoring sessions). The program also offers networking opportunities for both mentees and mentors during events organized by the GS Warsaw Hub – including social events, workshops for mentees and seminars where the mentors and prominent businessmen are invited to give lectures.

Five mentors and five mentees took part in the first edition of the program, twelve mentors and fifteen mentees are involved in the second one. Among the mentors are top managers, executives, and marketing directors at Polish and international companies and advertising agencies.
