Kyiv hub has conducted a mentorship project in collaboration with MakeMeBetter - professional mentorship program. The program was meant for those who want to have a good start from scratch in any new profession. The program connects the best professionals with newbies in their field. During 3 years of existence, the team of mentors has grown to 260 qualified professionals from all over Ukraine and more than 200 participants accomplished the program and made their new careers more successful.

Eight global shapers during a month acted as a mentor for the newbies which wanted to make progress in their career or make a transition into another sphere. Results were impressive - one of mentees registered its own company, and other has moved into different professional field.
