In response to the pressing issue of limited exposure faced by Rwandan graduates, the Kigali Hub made a strategic partnership with iDebate Rwanda. Our joint initiative aims to address this challenge by organizing monthly mentorship sessions tailored for high school graduates transitioning to university. These sessions will not only explore their career aspirations but also provide crucial guidance to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical skills required in their future professions.

We aim to offer personalized guidance to empower graduates in making informed decisions about their academic paths and future careers. Second, we recognize the disconnect between classroom learning and workplace demands, and our mentorship seeks to impart practical insights to equip graduates with a holistic skill set.

To date, we have been able to have monthly sessions with over 30 high school graduates and university students.
