Municipalities 2020 is a Praia Hub project, which aims to increase and encourage voter participation in Cape Verde in the municipal elections of 2020, given the growing abstention in the last elections, to highlight the importance of voting is an urgency. The main goal of the project is a web page where voters can find all relevant information about the different candidates, to enlighten voters from all islands to vote and make the most conscious vote possible.

The page will be published at www.autarquicas2020.cv and will contain information such as lists of all candidacies, heads, contacts, municipal bodies, the electoral program of candidates, and links to the candidate's sites. 

All this information will be gathered online, and upon the request of the political parties themselves and organized by the shapers. We also plan to insert a section of useful links for consultation, such as voter's manual, results of other elections, news, videos of national debates with party candidates. 

We want to establish partnerships with local media to publicize the page and the initiative, as well as promote debates among candidates to enlighten voters about electoral proposals.
