In Bishkek there is a problem that university graduates do not get their jobs according to their professional degrees. Also, a huge problem for the whole of Kyrgyzstan is labor migration. For example, one third of a country's GDP consists of money that migrants transfer. These problems are united by one root - the lack of career guidance for students so that they can choose the right place to work and work for the good of the country. To solve this problem, the Bishkek Hub decided to organize a project of career guidance tours in companies for students. The subjects of tours are professions of the future.

The Hub goes to IT companies, talks with specialists and finds out together with future students which professions of the future you can choose, what you need to study and what opportunities open up for people in this field.

Project goal: to show future students career opportunities for development in Kyrgyzstan. The Hub has already conducted two rounds, which in total have gathered 60 people. Project participants visited 5 companies, talked with professionals, were able to ask questions. According to project's survey, about 80 percent of the participants in the tours want to choose a profession in the field of IT and work in Kyrgyzstan.
