Through the platform Slack, Thessaloniki Hub has built an online community, populated with experts from diverse fields, to share market trends, insights, opportunity postings, and feedback for members of the community who are struggling to find an opportunity or adapt to their work environment. 

Additionally, the Hub has partnered with expert facilitators from the community to provide short workshops and group coaching programs for free to interested community members.

The goal of the project is to increase the confidence and skill levels of community members by a statistically significant amount as measured by pre-program and post-program surveys in relation to pursuing their unique career goals and adapting to new working environments.
