Hub Activities

Chicago Global Shapers partnered with Global Glimpse, a US-based non-profit working to connect students from all backgrounds to opportunities for travel and community service. Shapers helped develop and facilitate three workshops for 25 high-school participants to reflect on their recent travel experiences in Latin America and consider future career paths. Shapers were able to mentor the students and share their own experiences with responsible global travel, navigating university and career paths.

Results

Supported 25 Chicago and suburban high-school students from diverse backgrounds to reflect on recent service-based travel and incorporate learnings in their future careers.
