The #Plantate initiative was born as a way to help improve the living standards of citizens and promoted by the Amazon disaster. We plant hundreds of native trees in areas that are badly damaged by felling trees. There live hundreds of families to whom we teach the agronomic method suitable for afforestation and also encourage sponsoring a tree per person to generate more awareness. We work together with the local government to delimit and plan the most affected areas. The short-term objectives are to raise public awareness about the impact of native tree reforestation. The long-term goal is to extend throughout our region with the largest number of hectares reforested in an orderly manner to achieve the greatest impact.
