Project Dawn

With the onset of the 21st century, the entire world has witnessed an era of intense transformation in all areas, whether it is education, global trade and economy, technology or society. Different skill–sets and emphasis on mental health are required that would enable an individual to cope and succeed in facing the challenges of life, leading to their holistic progress. These skills are addressed as 21st Century Skills, refered to as ‘the skills that are required to enable an individual to face the challenges of the 21st century world that is globally-active, digitally transforming, collaboratively moving forward, creatively progressing, seeking competent human-resource and quick in adopting changes.’

Project Dawn aims to help people upskill themselves in terms of all the areas which impact their day to day life. This can include their career, household, parenting, family, self care, physical health, mental health, and finances. The goal of the project is to create a network of people who can help each other in challenging times and therefore create a self sustaining model of growth and positivity.

To help upskill people, the project team will be conducting weekly workshops for the target audience. The team will identify the most pressing needs of the community and conduct workshops on those topics.

The growth will be measured based on the number of sign ups, post session reflections, and feedback forms.
