One of the concerns that arises as a result of the economic divide in developing countries like India, can be seen in the education system and in the awareness that surrounds it. Where the career paths and trajectories of the youth are pre-decided by their economic background and status, the need to create awareness regarding the career choices available to these youth, especially in the 21st century is very high. In the light of this current situation and the lack of awareness about career opportunities that exist in this fast paced and ever evolving world, Project Little Steps aims to utilize the beautiful and bountiful human resources which are a part of the Global Shapers Community. We would like to bring to the table awareness and direction that can help the youth make choices irrespective of their economic background and status.

Short term goals:

1. Children engagement and positive feedback on sessions by beneficiaries.


2. Connecting with the children – consistent engagement.

Long term goals:

Youth from low-income communities are aware of different career options and choose unconventional paths.
