Increasing women in the technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Izmir through specific pieces of training, workshops, and mentoring programs.

With this project, we aim to empower women in the technology and entrepreneurship ecosystem. To achieve this goal, we start with pieces of training such as change management, adaptation, resilience, innovation management, and social impact, and technical training such as software development and financial reporting. Meanwhile, ongoing pieces of training, workshops, or ideations will also begin. Adapting to the subject and gaining experience.

After completing this level, we begin our mentoring program with C-level women and successful women to provide participants with a lifetime of friendship and networking opportunities.
