Project Skill Right is designed to foster formal, facilitated mentoring connections to help students develop and advance their careers. Each mentoring expert will agree on the goals of the partnership and the frequency of the mentoring and skill development meetings. Students who undergo training would also be subject to assessment and certification which would enable trainees get placements in decent companies. Students will be provided job assistance through Shaper networks and partner organizations.

Goals:

End of year goal: to reach 250+ students (direct), 500+ (indirect – online + bootcamps)

End of 2021 goal: to reach 500+ students, 1000+ (indirect – online + bootcamps)
