The Florianópolis Hub developed the “Dale Rua” project in the second half of 2022 in partnership with the Invisible FLN Collective and Impact Hub Floripa. 

The project aimed to accelerate social organizations and collectives that work daily with the homeless population. After identifying their main difficulties through a collaborative process, workshops and lectures on themes previously thought out together with the beneficiaries were held along with the Hub’s partners. 

The “Dale Rua” accelerated 3 social organizations in the themes of Fundraising, Communication and Branding, and Volunteering and Self-Care Management over the course of 3 months. 

Impact:

• 3 certified check organizations;


• Average of 3 volunteers per organization trained directly by the project;


• 4 face-to-face meetings from September to December/2022;


• 12 online meetings to define and structure the project;


• 20h of workload;


• Impact on the formation of local leaders.
