Mentor& Mentee project on high schools. The problem is they don't have sufficient guidance, they need support in their career planning. We aim to bring our Mentors and Mentees together and prepare them for the sector by giving the ability to our mentees.

The project aims at providing support in working and social life based on the Mentor&Mentee relationship by providing students with skills through training.

To support their careers, to support their education, to direct them to the right career choice, and to enable them to discover their talents.

Impact: Increases in gains as a result of the surveys are to be made by the mentees before and after the training. Training received during the mentoring process.
