This project addresses the talent crisis or gap among the young people in unleashing their potential while transitioning from high school and college. The project is a program that offers leadership and career counselling sessions to young people aged 18-25 in either high school or college. This 6 month one to one coaching sessions empowers and reskills the young people to be prepare for their professional path. The number of young people that graduate from the program, is one of the metric factors that we use to evaluate the impact of this project.

The partnership with the Institute of climate and environment (ICE Institute), SIMAD University have allowed for the success of the project.
