Reducing Stress on 12th Grade Students in Kurdistan-Iraq

Stress, anxiety and even depression might possibly result from the Baccularate exam of 12th grade students. While mental challenges can be common in different societies, it is worth noting that in the Kurdish community 12th grade students, particularly re-sit students, are more prone to anxiety. These students are usually irriated and confused, worrying about their future.

With this project, we aim to reduce the stress of these students. With the support of mental coaches or therapists, we will hold in-person seminars - with a focus on schools with vulnerable pupils.

Additionally, we will host online seminars to reach the general public, thereby increasing awareness among the people. It is important that not only 12th grade students, but also people in their environment handle this topic sensitively.
