The "Reskilling & Upskilling" project focuses on the development of new future-proof professionals through the dissemination of content in partnership with Descola, an online course school focused on power skills.

The 25 video-lesson chapters and the 2 hours of complementary reading total about 5 hours. And covers topics such as the Fourth Industrial Revolution, barriers and new foundations for learning, and how to use Strategic Intelligence as a trend mapping tool - all based on information and data from the World Economic Forum. Thus, aiming to understand how to recognize skills that can be learned or improved in order to be better prepared for the technological changes of the future, the 3,536 enrollees achieved significant improvements in areas like leadership and social influence, empathy and active listening, technological literacy, and analytical thinking.

On average, the self-reported ability in these skills notably increased, with the majority of participants recognizing that they have enhanced their perception of the challenges of the future of work. And a NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 82.6 points.
