Dhara Shakti Foundation is working on a menstrual hygiene project, hoping to solve challenges like access, knowledge, and environmental concerns regarding menstrual pads. The hub is looking to provide high-quality, reusable pads (3 for each person), lasting for two years for girls/ women across Rajasthan. A curriculum will also be delivered during the distribution focusing on MHM in general. 

The project goals include:

• Distribute 6,150 reusable sanitary pads to women/girls in Rajasthan


• Train and educate 2,050 girls/women on safe and sustainable menstrual hygiene management practices


• Create an open communication channel for women across Rajasthan to provide a safe space to discuss menstruation
