Safe Hub is an organization building communities and supporting underpriviledged youth globally.

Their local Hub in Berlin Wedding will expand their project scope and activities significantly but it does not have the structure and processes to do so properly. 

The Berlin Shapers Hub is helping to set up the processes and improve the structure for the Safe Hub allow them to focus on their community bulding work.
