The Creative Room is a project that was developed through the partnership of Global Shapers Joinville and Rotaract Clube Joinville at MEUC House Paranaguamirim.

MEUC House Paranaguamirim is a religious entity that serves children from a community with financial limitations in the city of Joinville. The house dedicated a room for children's use

A sala criativa é um projeto que foi desenvolvido através da parceria Global Shapers Joinville e Rotaract Clube Joinville na Casa MEUC Paranaguamirim. 

A Casa MEUC Paranaguamirim é uma entidade religiosa que atende crianças de uma comunidade com limitações financeiras na cidade de Joinville.

Hub Activities

The Global Shapers Joinville and Rotaract Clube collected books for the construction of a children's library, school and artistic materials, to stimulate studies and cultural development, and educational games, in order to revitalize the room and integrate children with wall painting and decoration of the environment.

A casa destinou uma sala para uso infantil, e o projeto arrecadou livros para construção de uma biblioteca infantil no local, além de materiais escolares e materiais artísticos, para estímulo a estudos e desenvolvimento cultural, jogos de ação e estratégia, a fim de integrar as crianças da comunidade e estimula-las com jogos de fundo educativo e a revitalização da sala, com pintura das paredes e decoração do ambiente. 

Short & Long-Term Goals/Results

The project aims to attract children from the community to a safe space, with healthy living, in addition to encouraging reading, education, creativity and culture. At the moment, due to the pandemic situation, space is limited for the use of approximately 30 children between 6 and 12 years old (however, with the possibility of covering a greater number of beneficiaries after the restrictions of the pandemic).

O projeto tem como objetivos atrair as crianças da comunidade para um espaço seguro, de convívio saudável, além de estimular a leitura, educação, criatividade e cultura. No momento, devido a pandemia, o espaço está limitado para uso de aproximadamente 30 crianças entre 6 a 12 anos (porém, com possibilidade de abranger maior número de beneficiários após as restrições da pandemia).
