Creighton Community Foundation (CCF) was established to support Creighton School District #14 and the communities within its east central Phoenix boundaries, specifically by developing school capacity and providing access to new resources for Title I schools. Through this project the Phoenix Hub will establish a community garden and other activities to foster community and provide an positive outlet for students at Gateway Elementary School, located in one of the poorest and underresourced neighborhoods in urban Phoenix. The Phoenix Hub aims to join CCF in building partnerships that will transform its neighborhoods into vibrant pillars of hope and opportunity.
