Ideas matter. Shaper Talks is an initiative, replicated all around Latin America, to organize short and deep conferences. It is an space to celebrate human potential, diversity and non-conformity with the objective to shape up-to-date topics, with high social, cultural and environmental relevance. The main objective is to shed light on people who are shaping Quito and who are causing a positive impact, with the aim of inspiring participants, and to talk about relevant topics for the city. During the 2018 - 2019 period, we organized 5 talks: social enterprises for export, get to know the candidates (2), Earth Day and LGBTI activism.
