Problem

Shapers for Educators looked to address the need for upskilling of teachers in the wake of the pandemic. It was curated and delivered keeping in mind the fact that all educational institutions were transitioning to delivering content online and teachers were struggling to acquire skills such as how to use Excel and PowerPoint that would help them adapt to the change.

Solution

The project was delivered in the form of a series of five interactive webinars over a span of four months. The topics covered included: Excel, PowerPoint, Google forms, and Canva.

Impact

• Each of the five webinars was attended by 1000+ educators across two platforms - Zoom and Facebook.


• The project reached a total of 5000 educators pan India from across primary, secondary and higher education institutions.


• The project was developed through a partnership between the Gurugram and Marrakesh hubs, each running sessions aligned with their local context.


• Gurugram hub also partnerned with local organizations like CEO@18 and LeanIn
