ShapersEd is a capacity building and community fostering project, bringing immigrants and refugees together with locals to learn together and interact together around skills, hard and soft, under the theme "Employability & Integration".

Our objective is two-fold: First, Facilitate the immigrant and refugee integration into the community through breaking misconception about level of education, and show shared challenges to bridge the divide with the local host community. Moreover, help both achieve digital literacy, behavioral soft skills and psychological resilience, through a series of interactive workshops facilitated by a group of shaper volunteers with the knowledge and experience in specific fields, from stress management to body language and presentation skills, to public speaking and opportunity creation.
