It is complicated for the young professional to get to know a particular skill better. Usually, a young person has to book a meeting with an older colleague / expert / experienced friend and get 15 minutes of his time to get a hint on how to make a better choice or deliver a particular result. In another case scenario, a young person needs to buy multiple educational courses and watch hours worth of videos to the most practical 15 minutes leading the way towards the solution of the working issue I had.
