ShapeSkills is a 4-week programme that aims to upskill and capacitate unemployed University/College graduates with Market Readiness Skills in Communications, Project Management, Entrepreneurship and ICT. These skills will help the participants improve their chances of securing formal employment and start/grow their own businesses. The Windhoek Hub leverages its Shapers' expertise, experience, resources and network to teach the graduates the above-mentioned skills.
