AI: Re-coding our Future is a project aiming to set the stage for the next era of AI. This is a multi-faceted project surveying the current state of AI initiatives in the realms of education, policy, and inclusion. The end goal is to create tangible frameworks and a central resource repository for education, inclusion, and policy in AI that people can leverage for their local communities. We will be hosting roundtables and fireside chats with local experts in AI education, inclusion, and policy. The goal from these talks is to help the 400+ Global Shaper chapters and greater global community in implementing programs in education (like Fast.AI, School of AI, H20, City.AI, or OpenAI content), Diversity and Inclusion projects (like mentorship programs for women working in AI) and policy (e.g. Partnership on AI's policy maker education program) in their respective communities.
