"Shaping Apprenticeships" is designed to be social mobility in action by working to create new routes into professional services firms that would otherwise be unobtainable. It aims to benefit both those with underprivileged backgrounds and employers in attracting talent. To address this,, the London II Hub will host a competition, partnered with industry, to give the participants a taste of what it is like to work in that field and award apprenticeship schemes to those who show the talent to fulfill the roles.

Goals:

* ensure sign-ups from at least 10% of schools in the UK;

* collaborate with at least 3 businesses to create content and provide roles;

* create partnerships with 2+ industry bodies such as SRA and Law Society;

* generate 2+ media coverages.
