Under the umbrella of Shaping Fashion, focusing on Sustsianble Fashion. Malbas.om aims to shed light on the sourcing, producing and consumption in the textile/fashion industry.

Malbas.om sheds light on the Middle East - mainly the 6 states of the GCCs consumer behaviour that has overtaken that of Europe. the project is set to create awareness, educations and conversation around fashion and its sustainability through:

PHASE I

- Instagram page that will publish global facts and figures on sustainable fashion along with

- Information gathered via survey from participants in Oman on their awareness about sustainable fashion

- Podcast with brands, organizations and individuals around the GCC on various topics under the umbrella of Sustainable Fashion in english and arabic.

PHASE II

- Upscale to project to a pop up thrift shop (subject to govt covid19 guidelines)
