The "Shaping The Future - Let's Learn STEM" Project is part of the reskilling program framework focused on technological literacy and the development of soft skills - executed by Osasco Hub.

In collaboration with the NGO United Way Brazil, we developed an innovative training program for educators and students, introducing technological literacy to three public schools. This program aimed to foster a learning culture guided by STEM methodologies.

The project directly benefited more than 1,120 high school students and teachers, equipping them with skills in new technologies to face and solve everyday social challenges. With support from Kyndryl, a leader in the technology sector, the program not only received the necessary funding but also saw the active participation of 460 company volunteers. These volunteers engaged in both in-person and virtual activities, mentoring over 100 projects developed by students.

Furthermore, to ensure the continuity and sustainability of these innovative educational practices in schools, 115 STEM education kits were donated, ensuring that students and teachers have the necessary resources to continue learning and project development.

The program culminated in a hackathon, where students had the chance to accelerate their projects and demonstrate the potential impact of their solutions. This competition not only tested their acquired skills but also highlighted the importance of innovation and teamwork in solving complex problems.
