The project aims at to work on the talents of young high school learners over a period of two (2) years by developing in them leadership skills and personal development tools to enable them to take on leadership roles and becoming more confident as grown up adults. The project consists in monthly class with few high schools in the city of Cotonou, followed by in depth coaching and mentorship for the selected youth.

Goals

To train more than 50 young high school student to leadership skills and personal development skills.
