#ShapingBarbados is a series of virtual forums with the aim of mobilizing future dialogue in Barbados. In its introductory chapter, the first forum focused on sustainability to discuss how it can confront Barbados’ existing economic, agricultural and climate related issues.

On February 25, 2021, we held a virtual forum on the key issues of climate change and sustainability in Barbados through perspectives of local experts combined with interactive dialogue geared towards solving future challenges in Barbados, as well as to create more opportunities for civic engagement and participation of Barbadian youth in the discussions shaping our reality.
