Sharing is Caring project is a project aimed at creating an environment there the youths get proper career guidance, mentorship, seed funding and open dialogue with leaders who have achieved something in entrepreneurship or in academics.
This thus aims at bringing the youths in Uganda together through mentorship thus reducing on the high youth unemployment at over 70%. With this program formal education will not only be to produce job seekers but rather job creators with an interest of training those already with formal education.
