The Social Responsibility CreateAthon is an initiative that aims to strengthen Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and to promote creative solutions to identified challenges. The initiative takes place as a competition that aims to build a culture of innovation in the field of community service among youth. It provides participants with the opportunity to learn the best practices in creating innovative community initiatives, and the opportunity to present, develop, and implement their ideas during a two-day intensive bootcamp. Overall, CreateAthon comprises short, intensive, workshop-like experience for participants to address a challenge. This is done by working in teams and using design thinking and innovative learning practices to ideate and collaborate on possible solutions in four main fields: Environment, Health and Wellbeing, Education, and Employment.
