Startup Weekend Atlanta, a project by the Atlanta Hub, hopes to give back to the startup community by providing coaching/mentoring to startup enthusiasts and guiding them on how to take their idea to a full fledged business. Techstars Startup Weekend has held 5,000+ events in 150+ countries around the world, and the local Global Shapers are looking forward to making a big dent in Atlanta. With the help of local supporters, the hub plans to leverage their global reach to impact their local community. The goal is to create an environment where passionate people can come together to get things done; to learn, network, bridge the gap between trades, expose potential and see actual results.
