With COVID-19 raging throughout the world, society has strengthened and adapted to these challenges.

Through this unprecedented time, students have continued their education through online means but many feel their second semester has been stolen from them. Usually they would have had the opportunity to attend career fairs to learn more about how to shape their future, celebrate college acceptances and walk across the stage to receive their hard-earned diploma with their family and peers witnessing. With this all being wiped away due to COVID-19, PEAC and the Global Shapers Houston Hub has decided to bring career exploration to students through online forums with interested members of the Global Shapers community. Our goal is to expose high school students to a variety of fields and occupations to spark thought about potential careers and how they can contribute to and engage in their local communities.
