Target group: Women workers in waste management.

Proposed solution: Organize women in self-help groups (SHGs) and support in benefits and financial inclusion.

Hub activities: Get women registered as SHGs, connect stakeholders, connect social enterprises.

Short-term goals: Educating women about organising themselves in SHGs.

Long-term goals: Empower women of this industry to become self-reliant.
