The transition of young people into work marks a critical period in the life cycle. For too many of them,specially in critical context reality - it is problematic because they dont have practical tools to make their way successfully through the application and selection process.

Solution: Design a range of interactive Job application, interview & career planning theoretical-practical workshops to help teenagers and young adults from critical context neighborhoods of Montevideo. The main objective was to help them build their confidence and enhance their chances of success in the recruitment process.
