Problem Statement:

In addition to having affected many socio-economic aspects of all the countries around the world, The COVID 19 pandemic has also brought us new realities to which we have had to adapt, such as the home office and online classes.


In Nicaragua, many companies have successfully managed to implement home office, at least to some extent to face the crisis; However, the sector of education has lagged behind in terms of availability of online classes, with methods that offer improvement opportunities to achieve a better delivery and reception of learning by teachers and students.

Proposed Solution:

"Teachers Loading” seeks to develop and generate impact, maximizing the use of online technological tools to improve the quality of online classes and develop better e-learning during the pandemic.


It is a 100% virtual training workshop for online education, aimed at teachers from public and private institutions, in order to reduce the technological gap in education in Nicaragua. Teachers will learn to design, plan and teach online classes using virtual environments and tools.
