With the theme of "Jointly Building the Dream of rural revitalization", the 2nd Bay Area Innovation + Youth Innovation Public Welfare Competition will utilize the power of tourism and MICE to stabilize the newly impoverished areas in the Greater Bay Area under the background of national poverty alleviation in 2020. It is committed to providing a cultural and tourism program that can help the poverty-stricken areas not to return to poverty, really lift themselves out of poverty and promote rural revitalization.

The competition is mainly open to university students from Zhongshan, and is also open to university students from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It is hoped that through point-to-point rural planning by university youth, creativity will lead the way and resources will be empowered to jointly contribute to rural revitalization.In the end, the competition lasted 77 days and covered 13 universities in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Zhongshan and Foshan, with more than 160 students contributing their ideas for rural revitalization.
