The 'Elevate Series' in an initiative which aims to upskill underserved communities in MENA region - with a focus on migrant blue collar workers in UAE. Partners are chosen to run sessions on specific topics, while the Dubai Hub helps connect these organizations to the right audience. 

Our first event was hosted on Nov 5th and 6th in collaboration with ZoEasy and GirlsxTech. It involved a 2 day Design Bootcamp which engaged women from over 9 countries sharing with them the basics of Canva, principles of design, and how to use these skills for creating stronger resumes, presentations and social media content, making it useful for women in all phases of life - students, professionals, job seekers and entrepreneurs.

Participants were asked which other skills they would like to be trained on. The Hub is now looking for partners for these skills for further workshops in 2021: Social media skills; entrepreneurship skills; financial literacy; persentation skills; communication skills
