Launched in November 2014, this project consisted of 6 months of one-to-one mentorship from seasoned professionals with high school students on predetermined goals. The mentorship program is coordinated by Khobar Hub Shapers in partnership with Rawabi Holding Company and sponsored by Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF). The program was divided into three batches, with two months lead time between each batch. The Shapers presented an orientation session, and organized the first meeting between the mentors and mentees. This project has been completed.
