GlobalTalent from Oxford has ranked Taiwan the highest in "Brain Drain" globally in 2021, with around 7.2% of the workforce leaving Taiwan in search of better job opportunities. Furthermore, with the total fertility rate at an all time low at 0.87, Taiwan is facing a serious demographic, economic and national security crisis. At the same time, foreign students who look to stay in Taiwan have trouble finding good job opportunities. There is a certain degree of a lack of knowledge of what sort of jobs are available and the sets of skills needed. To address the information gap, we are interviewing young professionals who have cool jobs in Taiwan to learn about their work and how they got it.

TARGET
The youth (18-30) in Taiwan, both Taiwanese and foreigners, who are exploring different career opportunities.
