Non-cognitive skills are integral to success at work. Yet young people often leave university without the soft skills needed to succeed.

Members of the Maseru Hub hold one day workshops for university students on soft skills, including communications, critical thinking, resilience and adopting learner-for-life mindsets. To date, we have visited one University for Creative Technology and received invitations to hold workshops at other faculties and institutions across Lesotho, as well as the SOS Children’s Village from select districts.
