The SkillUp is a project aimig at upskilling young university graduates in Lesotho. While the curricula focus on equipping the student with relevant hard skills our hub identified a major gap when it comes to soft skills like emotional intelligence, learnability, critical thinking etc.

According to studies sond and supported by the WEF these are the skills that are most important in the new era of the fourth industrial revolution. Our hub therefore set out to offer free workshops at universities to address this challenge. 

Goal: Equip young universitiy graduates with important soft skills.

Impact: More than 200 students and teachers at univiersities benefited from workshops on diverse soft skills.
