We are tackling the lack of employment among youth of Pakistan by promoting entrepreneurial culture. We are providing free of cost training to 80 individuals over a course of one year to ensure that their businesses are launched. We are targeting mainly women from marginalized communities of Karachi in the first year of this project.

We at KSBL have developed a customized training manual for micro entrepreneurs and successfully partnered with NIC Lahore, CITI Foundation and the British Asian Trust to provide training to our participants. We are foreseeing impact not only on the lives of these trainees but also on additional job creation through their businesses; thus, the trickle down effects would be a lot higher.
