Women in Leadership project is aimed to help women from the age on 20 and above, take up responsibility and leading role in different aspects on their lives and embracing the leader in themselves in one way or another in order to take charge.

This project is being implemented through a series of activities organized by the hub, such as a talk-series known as virtual #firesidechats conducted through conferencing platforms (zoom) connecting and reaching women and young girls with various relevant discussions and topics of learnings and inspiration to challenge women to become the best versions of themselves for the community.

With the series, Arusha Hub identifies a key guest speaker with a unique experience on a specific topic to share and connect with the audience.
