We have a dropout rate of more than 25% in high schools in Norway. Not all of the students find the academic institutions fit-for-purpose, and a lot want to explore initiating their own startup. The Youth and Entrepreneurship project is a project to support, empower and coach youth to take an entrepreneurial path and to upskill them to succeed in building their startups. This will reduce dropout rates, activate and engage youth, upskill them to build their own startups and, in the long-term, create new jobs.

Using a multi-stakeholder perspective, we work to:

• Develop children and young people's joy of creativity and belief in themselves


• Give children and young people an understanding of the importance of value creation and innovation in business


• Promote the collaboration and responsibility of children and young people


• Provide understanding and knowledge of ethics and rules in business and industry


• Inspire future value creation in a social, cultural and economic context

We aim to coach a minimum of 20 youth in 4-5 different startups every 6 months.
